Summer Village of Grandview

The Summer Village of Grandview is located on the south shore of Pigeon Lake, 60 km south of and 40 km west of Edmonton, Alberta. Grandview offers boating, swimming, fishing, sailing, and windsurfing in the summer, with four golf courses inside a 10-km radius. Winter activities include skating, skiing, and ice fishing.

What's Happening in the Village

Council would like feedback from residenta on the Grandview of the Future.  Council is requesting that residents fill out the Vision Questionaire and return it to the Summer Villages Office by March 15th, 2012.

Council has been hosting regular meetings at Hamblin Park on long weekends. These have been instituted as an opportunity to meet your neighbors and improve communications with Council. We plan on continuing these informal get-togethers next year. It would be nice for all residents to attend and make this a real community event. The next “meet and greet” is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on New Years Day.

Council would like to thank all those who helped with the Village clean-up.  A great start to improving the appearance of our village.

New Playground

The construction of the new playground and the installation of the equipment is complete.
